Darran brings 16 years of customer service and account management experience
to 1env, 8 of which have been in the Pest Control Industry. Having recently spent
6 months with a National Pest Control company, Darran also has an enhanced
appreciation of the day to day challenges facing the front line.

RSPH qualified and having a vast amount of product knowledge, Darran is always
on hand to offer informed advice for all scenarios you may encounter.

Mark brings to 1env a wealth of accounting knowledge having spent over 20 years producing accounts with a variety of companies.
He is primarily the Accounts manager dealing with customer, supplier and company accounting but also monitors stock to ensure that you receive everything you need on time. 

Dee has over 15 years of experience in customer services and is RSPH Level 2 qualified, so is able to help with any advice you may need. From taking your orders to arranging training, Dee is always ready to provide great customer service in a patient, courteous and professional manner.

Many of our customers will already be aware of Dee’s wonderful approach to their pest control product requirements which makes her a special part of the business.

Ollie’s fresh ideas and design techniques give 1env the leading edge in our marketing campaigns and exhibition designs and of course our catalogue.
Ollie is also responsible for the design and plate creation of your rodent bait boxes. 

Ollie is also the person who designs all of your bait box plates ready for printing.

Pete is undoubtedly one of the most charming and cheerful members of the team,
and it’s easy to see why everyone loves him. He’s worked with website development
and related applications for a number of years and loves nothing more than
providing online solutions for our customers.

Pete brings to 1env Solutions over fifteen years of experience in both corporate
Internet and Intranet design solutions, including the conception, design and
implementation of these applications.
Our website is now Pete’s passion and he makes sure the customer journey through
1env.co.uk is effective and efficient.

Richard has been working in the pest control industry for over 25 years. For the last 7 years he has worked in the distribution side of the industry as a technical sales manager gaining vast knowledge of products, training and the management of customers’ accounts.
Richard is always on hand to help old and new customers alike in all aspects of pest control in the north.
